Two Bedroom, One Bathroom Cottage or Apartment US $1,750/month
(Max. Occupancy: Three Persons)

One Bedroom Apartment US $1,475/month
(Max. Occupancy: Two Persons)

Long term rental rates are available from May 1, 2013 until November 30, 2013 and rates INCLUDE the tax and service charge.  Minimum stay with these rates: Two (2) months.

The fine print:

The rental includes free WiFi and all utilities except electricity and cable TV.  Linens and towels are provided and will be laundered free of charge; there will be a charge of US $1/lb., plus tax/service charge for laundering personal items.

Offer cannot be combined with any other discount/offer and bookings must be made directly with our office.  For our long-term guests we provide an initial supply of all cleaning items and most toiletries, after this you must provide your own dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge, insecticide, hand/body soap, toilet paper, etc.  Rental and occupancy of apartment or cottage AND use of resort facilities is only for persons named during check-in and registration.  Please note that we do not allow pets.
