Passport or proof of citizenship of CARICOM state is required to take advantage of these special rates.  CARICOM rates cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

20% Government Tax/Service Charge must be added to the rates.

Rates are per night for up to 2 persons in each bedroom and include housekeeping service.  Extra person using day bed (divan) US $20/night, plus tax/service charge; children under 12 free.  The services of a cook are available for an extra charge of US $5/day, per person and baby sitting can be easily arranged at a cost of US $5/hour.  On request a Food Hamper and Airport Transfers can be organised.

All of our Cottages and Apartments offer air-conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom.  All units have a fully equipped kitchen.

Our invoices are shown in local currency "Eastern Caribbean" Dollars: U.S. Dollar $1.00 = E.C. Dollar $2.6882  Visa and MasterCard charges are done in E.C. Dollars using this exchange rate.  A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservations.  See our Deposit/Cancellation Policy for further details.  Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon; see our late checkout page for further information.  Normally our minimum rental is three nights; if we have a space where we can "fit you in" we are happy to do one or two nights.  Please note that our minimum rental over the Christmas, New Year, Easter and Carnival period is 7 nights.
